About Braun
Braun was founded by Max Braun in Frankfurt in 1921. The company's collaboration with designer Dieter Rams from the late 1950s onward set the modern template for industrial design in consumer electronics — clean geometry, honest materials, restrained typography. Braun today is part of Procter & Gamble's personal-care division, with a Braun Household kitchen line produced under license by De'Longhi. The line Samsonic carries spans foil shavers, epilators, thermometers, and hand blenders.
