We ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days. After that, USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2 to 5 days for the continental US. We also have expedited and overnight options at checkout. International orders are typically 7 to 14 business days, but customs can slow things down.
Yep. Orders over $50 ship free in the continental US via USPS Priority. Under $50, it's a flat $7.99. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping gets calculated at checkout based on weight.
You've got 30 days from delivery to return unused, unopened items in the original packaging. Just email support@samsonictradingco.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label (US orders). Refunds go through within 3 to 5 business days after we get the item back. Heads up: opened personal-care items, batteries, and clearance SKUs are final sale.
For sure. If you need a different size or product, let us know within 30 days. We'll swap it out at no extra shipping cost for domestic orders. If the new item costs more, we charge the difference. If it costs less, we refund it.
We do. We ship to most countries through USPS International and DHL. Rates show up at checkout. One thing to know: you're on the hook for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees your country charges. We can't control those or any delays customs might cause.
Yes, 100%. Pursonic is our own brand — we make it. Franklin products come through our U.S. distribution agreement. Every other brand in our portfolio is sourced direct from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor. Everything ships factory-sealed with the manufacturer's warranty.

We do. If you run a retail store, a drug or housewares chain, or a specialty electronics shop — or you sell online at real volume — email wholesale@samsonictradingco.com. Include your business name, resale certificate, and a rough idea of monthly volume. We usually get back to you within a day.
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check your Order History if you have an account on our site. If tracking hasn't moved in 3 or more business days, let us know and we'll look into it.
